doesnewurbanismwork.com is run by Gina Paulhus. Gina competed in gymnastics as a child for 7 years. She had to stop gymnastics in college due to availability and finances, but resumed the sport again and competed and as an adult for 12 years. She owns and operates doesnewurbanismwork.com, a resource for all things adult gymnastics.

Gina owns an in-home personal training company called Home Bodies in-home fitness training for her day job. She is also a Certified Nutritionist and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She especially loves helping adult gymnasts with their fitness and sports goals!

Gina is also founder and admin of the Just Like Fine Wine Facebook Group. She's also the founder and director of the world's first doesnewurbanismwork Camp (we are the NH camp!).

Gina fell in love with gymnastics when she first tried it as a kid, and she has never lost that. She knows you understand!
